Intro to Food Prepping

September 22; 9am  – 11pm

We all want to fuel our bodies with healthy, homemade meals, but busy work-life schedules can get in the way. Join Karissa Williams, Health Coach and owner of 365DailyHustle for an exciting and educational food prep class hosted at afloat: mind + body + wellness. The Intro to Food Prep class will cover the easiest version of meal prepping. The topics Karissa will be covering are food prep storage, planning clean, healthy weekday meals, online shopping, cost breakdown, and essential nutrition. Karissa will also be demonstrating how to prepare over 20+ meals right in front of your eyes and in under 2 hours.
